Picture Project

i am having a little bit of trouble coming up with a strong idea for my next piece, it has to be inspired by a picture i took in portland on our gallery field trip. I chose a picture of a bird in the sky, representing freedom. I want to cut out bird shapes from aluminum cans and just go from there ha ha

    I really like your picture "nine-to-five". I think you could definitely do something to contrast the soft bristles of the broom and the hard brick wall. Hope that helps!

    I was having a lot of trouble coming up with ideas for this project also. I like your idea so far, but it might be hard to get the birds straight if they're cut from cans. If you cut out a whole bunch of birds of different sizes I think you could do a lot with them though. I like the idea, keep going with it.
